Get a FitBit! I started by walking 10k steps a day on the bike trail with my little brother. We went EVERY day, no excuses, even 100 degree weather, rain or shine. It almost became a game. 10k, 12k, 16k, 20k.. How many can you get? How far could we go? I literally walked off the first 75 lbs. Also, remember, any activity is better than sitting on the couch! (Which, I also do frequently). |
Don't quit!
Your body is stronger than you think. Consistency is key! Only compare yourself to yourself! You might not be able to do everything everyone else can, but that's okay! You'll get there. Some days will be harder than others. It's okay! It's worth it. You're worth it. Remember why you started and the reason you're doing this. Keep going! You can do it! |

Kris is a true body builder & also sells "Kaged Muscle" supplements. While I did not take any of his supplements, I DID do his 4Weeks2Lean trainer program. This is what I used when I started lifting weights; it was insane! I might recommend starting with the "Beginner" trainer. His training programs are super easy to follow, motivational, and most include information videos!
