How did you start?Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, a "biggest loser" style FB Group, & a goal/dream. I knew I needed change to live the life I always wanted. That was the moment my life truly evolved; the beginning of my next chapter, the spark of self love.

How much?I'm 5'9" & started at ~315 lbs. I now sit at around 190 lbs & fluctuate frequently.
However, numbers are not the end all, be all. You're more than a scale reading. |
How long?I lost almost all my weight in the first 9 months of healthy living. Since then, I've focused more on shaping & toning and improving my physical ability, mental strength, self love & outlook on myself and my body image.

What food?I try to eat 3 small meals a day & 3 snacks. I stick to high protein, low calories, and water, water, water!!!! Track everything on MyFitnessPal, it will guide you! I've tracked everything for 300 days consecutively. (4/6/18)

What workouts?I literally walked off the first 80 lbs. No joke; hook up that Fitbit & hit your 10k steps!! In Feb '18, I began daily cardio on the elliptical & started lifting weights 4x a week @ Planet Fitness. Remember, ANYTHING is better than nothing!

What are your goals?To be healthy, happy, & help others achieve their impossibles! Do I have body goals? Yes. But, those aren't my ultimate goals. This journey has changed me and my life for the better, I can NOT imagine where I'd be with out it!
